Solar Cross* Letters from Angelic Realms In the beginning we were One. We have always been One. Interrelated, interdependent, yet two forces combined as one. Light and Love, Knowledge and Sustenance, Male and Female aspects woven together throughout the universe just as these same aspects weave themselves into your very DNA. Strength and Succor. A beautiful balancing act of every trait necessary to round out a perfect universe and a perfect human. Knowledge without love has no movement, no outlet in which to manifest. Knowledge is stagnant by itself, not without power but unable to move or manifest. Love is the wisdom needed to temper and gentle the strength and power of knowledge, making it viable. Love has no other need than to create life and sustain life. Love is nurturing at its core. Knowing this is what is needed to procreate and perpetuate a continuum of manifestations. But Love requires the knowledge of where and when and why to manifest, and under what circumstances and for what reason. For manifestation without reason would create chaos. If the universe is to be ordered, then balance and harmony are necessary. Mother-Father God have created together an ordered universe, creative power guided by reason. All life is based on polarity balance. The planets are held in their universal positions by the balance of the positive and negative poles. The Solar Cross is the original cross as a symbol of this polarity balance, and is seen throughout your planet’s history in various symbols. As a member of both SAG and AFTRA who retired from active status in films, radio and televison, I still needed an outlet for the creative energy that pressures some of us, so I renewed my interest in the personal writing I always did. Personal observations and insights that would later become a springboard for professional writing. At that time I did not realize the cathartic value of this practice, which often produced insight I would not have had otherwise. The old saying about writing out your anger to someone in a letter you never send is an example. You have released the emotion without hurting yourself or anyone else. I also learned the difference between the two expressions -- acting and writing. When acting I applied emotion to someone else's words to arouse feeling in the audience. When writing I had to dig deep inside, reach feeling, and carefully choose my words to arouse emotion in the reader. I carefully honed this basic desire to express in words through the fiction course offered by The Famous Writer's School, now sadly extinct. It was the leap I needed to have that "something wrong" inner feeling explained and corrected. The Course was excellent, and gave back according to your input and your use of the good direction being offered. Years later, after eleven years as a senior editor and two published books under another name,* the memories of those early observations are still crystal clear. But what is amazing to me is that they are still as pertinent today. New York City during World War II was an experience I shall never forget. One that provided endlless observations. Grand Central Station was a treasure-house for this, so I made it my official meeting place because of the drama I could watch while waiting. Where did that young Corporal come from? What State is now minus one? The ribbons tell that he has experienced the full drama of war, and in what theatre, but not his feelings or his fears. Not the love he left behind, or maybe has since experienced against a backdrop of wailing air-raid sirens and the stale air of bomb shelters. Or that Navy Lieutenant, immaculate in navy blue and gold. Had he ever really experienced the sea before he boarded a Destroyer or the floating city of an Aircraft Carrier? Before vigilantly patrolling the blacked-out cities of the East Coast in a PC? Or the look on the face of the tall khaki-clad Sergeant as he holds his baby tight and openly lets his tears wet its soft little cheek. Or that good-looking Air Force pilot -- alone and trying to casually ignore the emotional goodbyes taking place all around him as he lights a cigarette. Or that older couple standing a bit apart. What is New York City to them? Home? An adventure, long anticipated and finally enjoyed? Family? Old friends? A tearful goodbye to a son or daughter who is now part of a larger world? The observations were endless, and so were the stories they promised. Is it so much different now? We are still saying goodbye to husbands and wives, sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, good friends. The drama has not changed. The observations have not changed. SEPARATION The ego strives to delliberately separate itself from the larger Self on purpose. It senses that by itelf it is King of the Road, the Host of its daily activity. While ego understands on an intrinsic level that the separation is not good for the whole (Holy) Self, in its quest for self-importance it chooses to isolate itself from the greater good (God) in order to have a moment in time where it is the only power recognized by the computerized mind and body. From Angelic Realms Mother-Father God's gift to us is Love and Light, continuous omnipotent, omniscient. To receive sustenance from this flow you must elevate your vibratory level so that you can tap into love's vibration and the power of light. It is the open door through which the flow can enter as a spiritual guide that will protect you, nourish you, and educate you as you make your way along the path leading Home. Without this divine energy the way is lost, the path vague and not illuminated. In times of trauma or catastrophe this energy and wisdom can reach you, even if you are not consciously trying to elevate your vibration, for trauma lets go of everyday routine, disrupts the habit of patterns designed to keep change at bay. At such times there can be a breakthrough. Many people have Epiphanies during which the will of the ego construct is temporarily torn down. Also during such times angels, spirit guides or loved ones not in physical form have been able to help. But when the time of trauma ends, the ego once again closes the portal and reconstructs the false-reality wall of opinions, prejudices, stress, and fear. Love and Light cannot enter unless invited. And inviting love and light into your life will manifest changes on a grand scale, not only in your life but in the lives of other people you meet and know. Do not be afraid of changes. The ego's false reality has to be removed. You will examine previous actions and reactions that were based on your belief that the world as you knew it was the only reality. Then you accepted what you witnessed in your world and in your personal realm as the reality. When you know that your world is constructed by the ignorance of the many egos inhabiting your planet, you will see clearly how the absence of God's love and light has kept the peoples of earth in the ego's shadow. Changes are sometimes painful. You are manifesting in a physical body, and your cells carry intricate knowledge of perfection, of life everlasting. But because of the ego's actions in its unaware state, the body has been polluted. The brain will need to be realigned to a different vibratory level -- to what is known as the Higher Mind, which comprehends God's knowledge and wisdom. The higher mind is not outside of you. It is within you. It is part of your brain that can see consequences resulting from actions taken. This mind understands cause and effect -- Karma if you will. It understands the terrible consequences that can result from negative or destructive actions. In other words, the higher mind is "conscious awake" while the ego mind is "unconscious asleep." Your salvation, indeed your planet's continued existence, depends upon awakening the higher mind in all peoples of earth, for it is the portal through which the truth about God's plan for humankind can be received. We are and can be likened to computers. We function automatically on the physical level because of intrinsic programming. Without interference from the ego to pollute or destroy it, the body could live forever. It is programmed to take care of itself. Likewise, the mind is programmed to receive instructions and carry such programming to fruition. The ego mind receives instruction from the physical level of existence, while the higher mind receives instruction from God. How does the higher mind receive instruction from God?* How do we tap into the Source of all being? The Light! Remember the last time you saw rays of light coming to earth from the sun? This light of which we speak emanates from Source on a continual basis. Information conveyed through these beams is from Spirit, and contains the truth about your origin. We have access to this information any time we open the portal to the higher mind. When you access the beautiful truth about your godlike beginning you will consistently choose to close the physical portal by which the ego is sustained and, instead, open the portal by which your Soul is sustained. You will understand more and more the way the earth was intended to be, and you will no longer see the physical realm as the reality. Instead you will see it as an evolving state of awareness meant to become once again heaven on earth. Consciously tap into the mind of God for the guidance available to you from on high. The love conveyed to us when we tap into this source is transformational. All doubt can be dispelled, all fear dissolved. A feeling of immense well-being, foreign to you perhaps because most people have yet to experience it, will envelop you and give you a feeling of contentment and joy that only the most loving Pair Essence God can give their children. When you meditate imagine yourself wrapped in a bubble. Imagine the bubble filling with love. In your mind's eye now see the bubble filling with light that infuses every cell of your body with divine intelligence. Then imagine a beam of light entering your higher mind. This beam will have exactly the information you need for your point of awareness.* Not too much, not too litlle -- just right for your present needs. The following is a message shared with us by Ruth Ryden, Payson Arizona, who channels wonderful LETTERS FROM THE MASTERS. It was received June 21, 1960 during the Summer Solstice from Master Peter and reprinted as a reminder. THIS IS PETER, THE CHANNEL IS CLEAR "The Angelic Cordon is a created mass of entities formed for a singular purpose; to be the servants of the Most High Creator. They were created long before the Christ was formed as Co-Creator with the Almighty and before the thought of God brought forth the soul entities who now crowd the universe. As I understand it, no new Angels have been created since the first creation of the Angelic Forces of God. "When the soul entities were formed out of the mass of intelligence and energy that is God as you know iI, Angels were summoned to work with each new soul entity to guide, guard, and teach, in limited circumstances. They are essentially guardians and guides who help each soul entity find is way through the centuries. "The number of Angels assigned to each soul entity varies, depending upon the velocity of its trip through eternity, the wisdom it has accumulated, the help needed for specific projects the soul entity has set up for itself before incarnating, and many other factors. A highly developed soul entering your plane for the purpose of being a teacher may have only one attending Angel to smooth out the rough spots when asked. Others, who are comparatively just starting on their paths, will have as many as ten or eleven Angels trying to help them along. The number of Angels will vary during the lifetime, also. When the need for certain Angels have passed, they will be sent on to other assignments. "Angels are multifaceted. At their creation they were given infinite knowledge, which in turn gives them the ability to help in whatever situation they are needed. Scientists, artists, creators of all kinds, find their ideas and sparks of creativity from their attending Angels. "As you understand it, Angels must be asked before help is given. This is true in most cases. However, when an Angel is attending an entity who is placed in your plane to accomplish certain things, the thoughts and ideas may be given as a method of getting an entity started. (A jump-start, so to speak.) "All communications from the world of spirit, including the Angelic Forces, are filtered through the High Soul of each entity. Much used to be said about "Controls" for mediums. Fancy names were sometimes given for such Controls, but they were all the Higher Self of the medium. Each entity High Self is the prime protector for the entity. All help, guidance or communications from the Angels or other higher beings must pass the threshold of the Guardian Higher Soul Self. Even if the help or information is very well intentioned by the giver, it will be stopped if it is not appropriate for the entity. "Requests for help and guidance from the Almighty One are sent through the Higher Soul Self without hindrance, as commanded by God. Each and every prayer or communication to the Creator is heard, noted and taken care of in the best way for the entity. No prayer is ever unheeded or ignored. Humanity still has to learn that the thoughts of the Most High are the only ones able to see clearly what is best for the entity. "Father Knows Best" has a familiar ring to it! "Angels do sometimes communicate directly with an entity if the entity calls upon them for a specific reason. They will then declare themselves to be an Angel and give the entity a name to call them by. This is for the entity's convenience, since all interdimensional beings are known by their vibrations, not by earthly names. "There are Angels who have risen very high in the presence of the Most High. You know them as Archangels. They have the responsibility of assigning the mass of Guardian Angels their duties and see when they are needed or not. Do they hold the Keys to Heaven? What a charming idea. They do, perhaps, but only in the sense of, again, assigning those who are to help those entities returning into spirit. Many highly spiritual entities returning will request assignment to help their fellow beings coming back, and these requests are handled by the Archangels and assignments made. They are monitored, and when the need of such service is over they are given the choices of further learning, teaching, traveling, etc., as they please. The soul still has, and always will have, Free Will. That is a commandment of the Most High that will never change. Only the Angels, under the direct control of the Archangels and the Most High --- their will is to do the Creator's Will. "No human being will ever have a better friend and confident than their Angels. Even in little things, they are always there to help you in distress, pain, unhappiness or indecision. No request for assistance is ever turned away. There is never a time when your Angels are busy at something and do not hear you; their whole concern is you and are always 'on tap.' Their line is never busy. "Remember, however, that this Angelic helper situation is merely that, just helpers. Any real need for help or decisions must and shall always be directed first to the Most High. The Angels are given their duties from the decisions and directions of the Creator. Angels cannot make decisions on their own. They were sent as messengers many times, some of them recorded in your Bible. Note: As messengers! They relayed information as they were told; they made no decisions on their own. They can be addressed regarding little things, but address the important things to the Creator alone. "Winged Beings? Spirits don't need wings. They go where their thoughts send them. Humans long ago could not conceive of transportation without some kind of assistance, so a being they felt was in the air would naturally need wings; a natural summation in those time. Today there are still many people who associate Angels with wings, and the Angels cheerfully comply with this, even though they are amused by it if this makes their entity feel better. Someimes Angels will announce themselves by shadows of wings upon a wall, or by a flapping sound, as of wings. It all depends on the personality involved. More often, when an Angel wishes to establish a conscious communication with their assigned entity, there will be a feeling of warmth, love, and perhaps a slight rosy glow in the entity's vicinity. There are so many variations I cannot begin to list them. Each Angel has its own way of communicating and helping its entity. "When you feel you need a cool breeze, a parking spot, a little consideration from some situation, ask your Angel. They make your life a lot more pleasant and less lonely. Bless you and your Angels. THE ALARIC FOUNDATION Look deeply into your children's eyes and meet their reality. Your children have been given to you as your greatest blessing. God has always intended that the people of earth be stewards. All people of earth are God's children. Therefore the older and hopefully wiser children have been assigned stewardship of the younger, newest members of your great planet, for they have placed their souls, minds, and bodies in your adult care. You who now have such souls assigned to you take care to remember they are Souls, inhabiting bodies that are simply instruments through which they can function in the world of manifestation. For when you remember and preserve this thought above all in regard to them, you remove the mental tendency to treat children as possessions. Look into their eyes --- deeply and for a long period. They are there, waiting to be discovered, waiting to be acknowledged. Let them see you at the same time. This precious moment of unobstructed communication from soul to soul will bind you to your chiild as no other form of communication can. There are no words conveyed to be interpreted or corrected. There is no judgment, only a need to know who and what we are to one another. Humanity has a way of separating oneself from others. Notice when people talk to each other, are they really communicating? Or is it just a surface contact? Energy is exchanged in relationships, even at a store with a clerk. So make your exchanges more meaningful. Acknowledge your understanding that people are souls who happen to be inhabiting bodies. Talk to their souls. Look in their eyes, establish a connection. Some may at first be uncomfortable with this way of communicating, but as people become aware of the exchange of the power of love, they will welcome the intimacy. Establish this intimacy with your children. In the world you live in not much time is accorded for building a relationship that provides a matrix of empathy in which they can grow and mature into self-aware humans. But to be able to bond with your children in this manner you must first bond with Love. Try this exercise: Look in a mirror at yourself. Now look into your eyes for your Self. Look as long as necessary until you feel a change occur within you. You will feel expanded, larger than the body. You will feel the energy of who you are in truth. Try deep breathing before this exercise. This expands the energy field within you to join with the astral energy surrounding your body. All is energy in different forms, performing different functions, but all energy is from Source. Recognize this truth --- the energy that sustains your life sustains all life. We all rely upon and are inexorably united by the very air we breathe. We are one collective being, breathing in, breathing out, sharing the same energy, reliant on one another for our very existence. Inasmuch as we are all children of God it is a mistake to think for one moment that we are separate in any way from anyone else. Separation exists within the mind of mankind. Separation is the sickness of your world because the mind of man has delineated into ridiculous categories, collective thoughts of differences. We all want the same things from life. We all want to be loved unconditionally. And when we can love others unconditionally, we will receive that blessing in return. Give to others that which you wish to receive. Show others how you wish to be recognized by recognizing the soul of God within them. Do this even when they don't know this truth themselves. If you hold uppermost in your thoughts that the people you interact with every day are souls you will react to everything they do and say differently. And if you remember that all souls are connected by the energy that sustains us all, you cease to see physical differences. Remember that Source is One. Focus on the soul --- yours and theirs. Soul-to-soul connection is the purest form of communication. Nothing is manifesting but love. No difference there to obstruct acknowledgement. The one requirement to be able to communicate on this purest level is for you to be in a loving state of mind, for Love is the language of the Soul, how we connect on this higher level. This connection will not, can not happen unless you maintain a loving presence. And even if others you meet are not maintaining their loving Pre-Sense, you can alter their reality if you meet them with the loving presence needed to open the door to their heart --- albeit their Soul. This is sometimes referred to in your society as "random acts of kindness." Such moments of connectivity benefit all life forms through the flow of Source energy. And because God is omnipresent, God (good) is felt universally. When you connect universally with your children, you establish and experience communication that is all powerful and everlasting. Letters from Angelic Realms Xanthu Speaking: We are for your protection. We are assigned souls for their protection. Our light helps to lift the shroud of darkness from an individual so there is less pain and suffering. Breakthroughs in awareness are more likely because of our vibrational contribution to the individual's upliftment. Just as you can uplift those around you, so do we also as your counselors, guardians, and angels. Even if the individual is unaware of our protection, it is enough that we know. If you have concerns about someone, speak to the higher self of this individual. While we are excellent sources for universal truths as it pertains to your needs and questions, when you have "issues" regarding a specific individual, go directly to the Source of knowledge for that life force. Ask that your soul be given permission to enter fully into the individual's life. Pray for unconditional love to manifest in the individual's life and yours. Faith means trusting that you have a higher self other than the self manifested in form on earth. Faith, as said throughout time, is believing in what you feel exists even if you cannot see a physical form to confirm the soul's existence. Can you see a designated physical form to prove the existence of God? There is no "man" up there in the sky. God is everywhere. And if you believe this, then you must believe that God is also in you in form you cannot see. There are those who can see higher vibrations, who are privileged to see the beauty of Light manifesting in form. All will have the veils removed in time and spiritual "sight" will be available as well as spiritual insight. Keep returning to Source, dear ones. It encourages us to feel and return the flow of prayers, blessings, and love. The world would be healed if the flow of love was reciprocated as God intended. God's intention was and forever will be "Unconditional Love." In truth love is not love unless it is unconditional, free-flowing. Love is not limited; it was never intended to be meted out in portions. If you love someone, love them unconditionally by knowing that behind their 'ego mask', is the face of God. If you cannot wish the very best that Love has to offer for your loved ones, then your understanding of God is limited. Then your ability to love is limited. Understand this: Love is reciprocal in nature. It's natural essence is to flow freely. So just get out of the way and send love in all its power to heal and transform. And when sending love your prayer should always be that love be directed to serve for the highest good of that individual. If you cannot love the individual unconditionally, as this prayer suggests, then you have not sent "love" to them. You have sent "conditions," and love will not be fettered by conditions. Putting conditions on love is mankind's concept and is not what love is. Love IS! It simply exists in abundance universally, and blossoms in your lives when you allow your higher self to control your Life circumstances. Love is a vibrational Reality. To reach this Reality while living on earth you must go to the higher self. The ego or body computerized mind cannot reach this vibrational level. Your ego self must first surrender its control and allow the High Self to take the individual to new and greater heights. To uncharted territory. And therein lies the terror for many individuals. Unchartered territory is frightening for most. "Fear of the unknown" is a popular phrase on earth. The ego is control-oriented. Control is the only "power" it can wield. A degree of physical, mental, and emotional control over its surroundings and circumstances is all the ego has available to it. And in its supreme ignorance of the wonders of Spirit, it believes its existence will be extinguished if it gives up control of its physical reality. This is seen as a very real threat and fear by the ego. What the ego does not realize is that "it" is only part of an individual's reality. And because the ego does not have the sensory ability to tap into higher vibrations, it cannot sense the wonder and joy awaiting it. It cannot fathom the unconditional love awaiting it. Father-Mother God and the sons and daughters of God are able to be One when the Whole (Holy) Spirit makes the connection through the beams of Light now entering your world. INTRODUCTION TO THE ALARIC FOUNDATION Allow us to introduce ourselves. We are your angels from the Alaricean [pronounced 'Alariseean'] universe. There is no limit to how far thought can travel, and the power and purpose of thought is paramount in this period of mankind's evolution. It is imperative for each one of you to accept your own creative power and fine-tune yourselves to your highest reality. We are here to help you do this, for individual responsibility must be foremost to bring about the divine plan for earth and its peoples. Much in your lives is now preordained. Many of you have been prepared for the coming changes, and you will be able to do much to help neutralize what could have been greater catastrophe. We say "could have been" because the influx of love and light is now surrounding the earth in such proportions that it is counterbalancing the forces which feed off the imbalance of earth. It is a very intense time. Feel the intensity of power, and envision this power growing more than even we could expect at this time. If the spark of desire has been ignited within the soul, all who have asked will be awakened at a very fast and intense rate. The smallness of man, the part you label ego, has reared its ugly head. It is so afraid. It can see the end of its dominion, its control. In its ignorance it honestly believes its smallness is all there is. If only it could embrace a glimpse of what its rebirth is going to be, it would gladly throw its smallness into the passion fire and let it be consumed --- such a small price to pay for eternal life. It is an extremely sad feeling for us to see that many still fear the awakening. They have been taught by various religious sects that to be "spiritual" is to forgo personal happiness. They do not understand what complete joy and love can do for the soul. In many ways the religions of the world have done more harm than good. When this is known, and it will be known, many will cry 'How could we have been duped to such an extent?' For as long as people expect another to assume responsiblity for their spiritual awakening, they take a huge risk. They literally place their lives in another's possession. They do not own themselves. It is wise at this time to keep your own counsel. If you have questions, allow your own counsel to give you the answers, for the purest form of communications exists within yourselves. Work on clearing the debris you have accumulated in this world of duality, for in so doing your communication becomes purer and clearer. We love you, and it is a blessing when you allow us to help, when you receive with open mind. There are many who have open minds, more than you know because it is something that transpires in your lives which you cannot share with anyone unless their own awarenes has opened to it. The Essence [channel] asked: "What will transpire in the future? What phenomenon will take place to help awaken the peoples of earth on a large scale?" We answer: the beams of Light. They are coming at such a fast rate that people are being awakened every minute. The pace will quicken, for every awakened consciousness helps to awaken ten more--a snowball effect. We already see the tide turning on a massive scale, and you have reason to be joyful for your efforts have contributed to the awakening of earth more than you know. A LIFE LESSON
A certain man desired very much to learn to swim. Being a capable person, he decided to save the cost of an instructor and teach himself, so he promptly joined the nearest YMCA and set aside three periods a week for this endeavor. Desire, plus initial effort. On his first visit to the pool he decided to observe and size up the situation. He sat quite a while watching the other swimmers. He picked out a confident looking fellow that had a fancy stroke. He certainly made a splash and show. Our beginner then went to the shallow end of the pool and, taking courage in hand, pushed off from the side and started in. The results were violent and not too successful, but at least he didn't sink! He took the plunge Because he was persistent, he eventually was able to go from one side of the pool to the other with quite a bit of effort. The lifeguard, himself an excellent swimmer, came up to him one day. Because our friend was sincerely trying and had such a desire to learn, the lifeguard was prompted to help him. "Say, I've been watching you. You seem really determined to lick this thing. Mind if I make a suggestion?" Since our friend was sincerely seeking, he welcomed all suggestions. "Why yes, I'd appreciate it." "You are dissipating your energy in your stroke. Reach with your full arm, do not curve it and therefore chop your stroke. It may look fancy, but it actually cuts your stroke in half." Our friend tried it and found it true. He found he got farther with less effort by following the suggestion. And while practicing his newfound arm technique, the Y swimming champion came over and made another suggestion. This one was about his kick. "It's the stroke beneath the water that carries the power. The less splash, the better. Roll from the hips and keep the stroke submerged." Our friend tried it and it also proved workable and right. Now he had some rearranging to do of his previous ideas. He had to discard his original model of what he thought constituted a "good" swimmer. In short, he had to admit the "splash" technique might create more stir, but was far less effective. And because both of the suggestions proved practical upon application, he did rearrange his conception. He looked at the swimmers around him with new eyes. The ability to discard old concepts when they One of the other swimmers he admired gave him a tip on breathing, which he also applied. But he still lacked the absolute smoothness of motion he observed in some other swimmers. His own mind told him that all three suggestions needed to be synchronized. He must bring them all into harmony. He tried, and kept trying although he sometimes got discouraged. He often felt he was so close to his goal but couldn't break through and demonstrate what his mind knew to be the right way. Still, he kept on trying and one day --- in the middle of a stroke --- he felt a rhythm surge up within and swing his arm stroke, his leg stroke, and his breathing into coordinated action and harmony. The result was beautiful to see. Even more so to experience. He could now cover a good distance with much less effort. He could cover it powerfully and easily, and the joy of doing something really well gave his whole mind and body a lift. He had succeeded. One day a friend commented on his ability to swim so well. MAN AND WOMAN Q. Q. Q, Q. Man cannot and will not grow spiritually to completeness and fullness without having known this expression in its fullest. He must first grow physically, and then attain greater depth. He hungers and thirsts after a spring of pure water, but is unwilling to turn from the impure water long enough to seek and find the pure. Woman, as man's spiritual counterpart to his physical aspect, leads him by first giving compeletely in love, not lust, to his physical nature and thus ensuring a basis or foundation for growth. If woman rejects her role and through ignorance, fear, or lack of understanding fails to feed man completely in the physical dimension of love, she stunts and retards his spiritual growth. Man is by nature the conqueror, woman the captive. He overcomes; she surrenders. If through misinformation she fails to surrender in complete love, man is thwarted in his desire and it degenerates into lust rather than becoming illuminated through fulfillment and transcended into the more complete relationship of heart and mind. Woman's capacity for love is by nature instinctively greater than man's, and the role of surrender is more in keeping with the spiritual aspect of love. Therefore, surrender should be complete, free of doubt and fear, bathed in the radiance of perfect giving and filling of man's most basic need. Only then can man realize his greater need of woman and seek out the one so fulfilling him as apart from others. Only then can he release the tension which he is heir to by his physical makep, and in this release accept the greater charge of protection and devotion. Prior to man's finding his mate, no one woman has loved him completely. Mother love fulfills one side of his nature -- sex another. It is time man learned the meaning of "forsaking all others, leaving father and mother" for in a true mate all is encompassed. To date man still separates sex and the higher qualities of love as apart from one another. But a wise and understanding woman, knowing her role in this, can lead him to the full realization of the truth of the All...if his ego nature will accept her lead. It is never preparation for another in that if woman fulfills her role in all its essence, man cannot turn from one in whom he finds completion to seek another, even though he may try. Woman should never cheapen or degrade her role by refusing to accept her spiritual responsiblity in a sexual union, while yet being circumspect of contact. It takes a while for man to realize he has a diamond, but he shall, and turn to woman with more love than most women deem men possible of at the moment. Man will not deliberately walk away from life-giving water onto a barren desert with only brackish wetness to quench his thirst. Even if in ignorance he did, he would be forced to return to the life-giving spring or perish. Man of earth is not stupid. Slumbering, dense, but not stupid. Many are ready to realize the fuller relationship, indeed hungry for it. This is woman's role. To accept the physical side of man completely and respond to it completely, thereby bringing him to fulfillment. As his mind and heart expand to the finer qualities and responsiblities of the relationship, he can then ascend spiritually until both are lost in the wonder of this relationship as God intended it to be. Man must first, as woman also, truly love one completely -- body, mind and soul -- before he is ready to love his fellowman or his God with all of himself. You cannot find the treasure hidden in this land unless the heart can listen to the song of the surrounding mountains. Until you feel the flame of brilliant sunsets and warm openness of its people. Strangers smile at you on the street, step forward and open a door for you, giving of themselves with no thought of return. Perhaps it is because so many pulled up stakes, left jobs, families, friends -- came here to survive. It is a brave land, full of brave people.
